Combi Kotter 1200 OK

This Combi Kotter 1200 has been completely renovated in the last few years. As a result, many thoughtful improvements have been made. This yacht is equipped with an extra 2 person sleeping cabin. in addition, there is a nice sail along position with an extra refrigerator underneath. The kitchen is equipped with a granite countertop.

Description refit: there is new upholstery inside and outside. Furthermore, there are new curtains installed. The lighting has been replaced by (dimmable) LED lamps. The ship is completely painted. In addition, there are many stainless steel elements applied: all cockpit hatches are stainless steel and the enlarged hatch is equipped with gas springs. This makes the storage under the cockpit easily accessible. A stainless steel rubbing strip has been installed all around. The yacht is equipped with double bollards fore and aft. An improved swimming ladder has been installed. The original mast has been replaced with a modern one that can be folded to reduce the clearance height. 2 solar panels have been installed on the saloon roof.

Two large teak doors give access to the saloon. Here you will find the kitchen equipped with a Force 10 gas stove with oven. This makes a nice unit with the granite countertop. There is a large refrigerator. The new salon floor has 2 large hatches that give access to the well-kept engine room. The engine has recently undergone a major service. Thereby, this type of engine is known to be extremely reliable.

Because of the large cockpit doors, the salon and cockpit form a spacious whole. There are several folding windows so you can also enjoy fresh air inside.
