We at HollandBoat offer various forms of services. From selling your yacht to completely unburdening the administration. Below you will find an extensive overview of what we can do for you.
Appraise
We can value your yacht for you.
There are several reasons why you would want to do that with us. For example, if you are going to sell your yacht, want to take out insurance or a mortgage or if you want to renovate the yacht. We can also help you with our valuation for matters such as a division of property or inheritance tax.
Our professional team has over 25 years of experience in the field of valuation. This allows us to carry out the valuation in an expert manner. We do not do the assessment based on photos, but really go on board for a reliable and realistic valuation. We can also add an inspection report on request.
If you want to sell your yacht, we can provide expert advice on the asking price based on the appraisal. This assessment is completely voluntary. We work according to the principle of “no cure, no pay”. This means that if you have not sold your yacht, we do not charge any costs for the valuation. So you only pay if this valuation has been used for a successful sale.

Service and maintenance
At our location there is a modern yacht service with all disciplines in-house.
Partly due to our collaboration with Workumer Jachtservice, we can arrange all forms of technical and cosmetic maintenance for you. Think of painting and spraying work, cleaning work, maintenance of the technical installations, (re)upholstering and replacing a convertible top or spray hood. A complete refit or conversion of your yacht is also possible.
Showroom
Our heated showroom is equipped with beautiful balustrades. This allows you to board safely and easily. Due to the large windows there is always enough light. In addition, the yachts are spaciously arranged. Your yacht remains free of condensation and presented representatively in any weather condition.
Berths
Hollandboat has a beautiful and compact marina with a total of 32 berths.
The harbor is well sheltered and directly on the IJsselmeer, without having to go through a lock. The location is ideal for water sports enthusiasts who would like to sail the IJsselmeer or Wadden area, but also to discover the Frisian inland waterways. In addition, the moorings are within walking distance of the pleasant center of Workum and less than a five-minute walk to the beach.

Winter storage
Hollandboat has 5000 m2 of insulated space for winter storage. Your yacht is heated in a spacious hall with LED lighting. The yacht therefore remains free of condensation and you can leave the upholstery and the like on board without any worries.
Transportation
If you want to move your yacht, we can organize this for you. This also applies if you have purchased a new or used yacht from us. Transport can be done by road or by water. We can arrange a skipper for this.
Administration
We completely relieve you of all administrative aspects. Consider, for example, the valuation of your yacht, the purchase inspection, arranging financing and insurance, the cadastral registration and the contractual settlement. We can also take the entire process off your hands.
