General condition:
Well maintained, electrics recently renewed including a new multiplus 1600W, new batteries and outlets.
The hull is in 2023 with 2x primer and 2x varnished, bilges and engine room in 2023 completely put in the bilge paint and also the underwater ship 2x in the Blackbottom and anti-fouling put.
Paintwork in 2023 well put in paint (rudder 13 layers). All subsequent years maintenance 2 coats per part put on and so no worries for the foreseeable future.
Ribs have been removed in 2024 and the teak deck has been checked by an inspector, who found that there is no rust under the teak and the teak deck itself is at least 2.5cm thick.
