The Viknes 1030 is best described as a sturdy lined yacht which is sea going. Yet the inland waterways are also easy to sail because of the shallow draft and limited headroom.
The interior is cozy and beautifully panelled with mahogany. You will be surprised by the beautiful details and the extensive use of stainless steel.
In the salon, a spacious U-shaped sofa has been placed for comfortable seating under the two sliding glass windows. Downstairs in the front of the boat are 2 sleeping cabins located with a double bed in the forward section and in the second sleeping cabin a large double bed or a smaller double bed with a single bed next to it. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
On the aft deck there is an L-shaped bench under the sliding HT roof. There is also an outside steering wheel. The deck in the cockpit and on the swimming platform are covered with Flexiteak.
